The company's revenues are sensitive to the overall condition of the economic climate. Film and entertainment are luxury items, and in the event of an economic pullback, the Company may experience a decline in its top line income. However, the business's operations are scalable, and during times of economic recession, the Company will scale down production and still enjoy revenue generated from prior works.
